KS1 Maths Passport Assembly – 16.03.16

All of the pupils at John Perryn are going on a Maths journey around the world.

For some of them, today was the time to stamp their passport and gain a new certificate to their collection. Well done to everyone!

What are maths passports?

Maths Passports are used to improve children’s mental maths skills.

Each child will be given a passport with a series of targets. These targets get progressively more challenging as the passports track progression in basic number skills. The children will develop instant recall skills in all the objectives – they should not be taking time to work out the answer to each question, they need to know it instantly.
