In order to support our Topic: Wheels, Wings and other Things: Development of the train networks, Year 2 explored the London Transport Museum to participate in a workshop session called Transport through time where children explored how Victorian inventions revolutionised travel in London through role play and gallery investigation. Trace the evolution of transport and its impact on the people of London.

Year 2 had a glorious day for their trip to St Paul’s Cathedral. An enjoyable and informative day was had by all. They had a nice rest on the Cathedral floor to view the beautiful artwork on the ceiling/domes.

During Science week Year 2 had lots of fun working to clean up the garden. We planted lots of different vegetables and fruits! We think it is important to look after our garden! We also made little ladybirds out of golf balls and planted some seeds in Wellington boots! We also designed a new garden! Thank you for Miss Oatway for letting us help you!
